Adherence Services and the Patient Activity Plan

All you need to know about Program services and the Patient Activity Plan

What are Services?

Services are tags used for the categorization of patients (especially in reporting). Services help organize the "perks" and treatment a patient can access.

For example, a patient with Adherence services will have a different experience compared to a non-Adherence patient.

If you don't find your service, please contact your Program Manager or PMS Support.

Types of Services

Each service also has sub-services to categorize the patient and their needs further.

Whereas Sub-services can be tagged at the patient level to differentiate between patients (for example, FOC scheme vs Voucher scheme). This is done under the Patient > Information tab
