Adherence to the app is significantly higher when the patient is in contact with Axios. All apps include multiple opportunities to contact a member of Axios staff - globally for support, or directly to the program team.
Contact information for Axios will be shown on the app, prompting the user to open their email client or phone dialer. Please note, this method only offers one way communication external from the app.
