Tools used to prepare the reports
Type of Reports
- General Report
Raw data export from the PMS, removing unwanted columns. - Client Monthly Report
Mandatory report made of graphs and numbers presenting the program’s KPIs and trends over time. - Health Authority Report
Report for the Ministry of Health, usually mandatory. - Ad-hoc Report
Not mandatory. Upon request to PMS Support, it will be treated as a project request.
Report Data
- PMS Program Statistics
Most calculations you need for your report are already done and available in the program stats. - PMS Data exports
To obtain raw data from the PMS as a CSV file. - Power BI
It’s a platform that provides nontechnical business users with tools for aggregating, analysing, visualizing and sharing data. Reach out to PMS Support for access and more info.

Good to know
- The best report is the best data
What’s not in the PMS will not be in the report. - If you are lost in the stats
Reach out to PMS Support! - If any request is unusual, or if you feel like you are asked to provide too much information Do not provide anything, tell the client “Let me check internally and get back to you by [X time]”, and escalate to your line manager.
- Client must choose 1 type of report
between access to MyPrograms, Monthly Report or General report.
