FOC MedPack Lifecycle

A FOC/Program Supported Medication (PSM) MedPack lifecycle can be viewed as follows:

Medications can either be:

  • Out for Delivery

  • In Stock (available for dispensing),

  • Active (patient on their way to collect it)

  • Dispensed (Patient has collected it)

The FOC Stock Management tab provides paginated tables, displaying several types of data documenting the lifecycle/status of a medication.

In Stock Tab (In Stock)

Units in Stock table is split into the following columns: 

  • Medication Name

  • Quantity 

  • Last Delivery – The day the last stock of a specific Medication was delivered to pharmacy via Axios, and recorded as such in the PMS, in the pharmacy profile

Active FOC MedPacks Tab (Active)

New FOC MedPacks to be Dispensed table is split in the following columns: 

  • Patient ID

  • Patient Name

  • Medication Name

  • Quantity

  • Dispensed Date - Acquisition Date of the MedPack, as recorded in the PMS

FOC MedPacks Dispensed table is split in the following columns: 

  • Serial Number

  • Patient ID 

  • Patient Name

  • Medication Name 

  • Quantity

  • Dispensed Date - Acquisition Date of the MedPack, as recorded in the PMS

Deliveries Tab (Out for Delivery)

Deliveries organized with Axios table is split in the following columns: 

  • Delivery Code

  • Medication Name

  • Quantity

  • Delivery Date - The day when MedPack was delivered to the Pharmacy via Axios, and recorded as such in the PMS, in the pharmacy profile.
