I am not able to download the eligibility letter as the PMS reads "no eligibility letter available as PMS cannot attribute a STP for this application."

What should I do?

The error message "no eligibility letter available as PMS cannot attribute a STP for this application" means that the system didn't manage to allocate the STP. This is commonly due to a conflict between several STP having the same PFET score/indication combination in the program configuration. This requires 2 actions to be resolved:

  1. Check the program configuration and adjust the configuration if necessary. Please note that for now, the system cannot differentiate a voucher template from a FOC template, which can be the cause of the conflict. In that case, you can go directly to step 2.
  2. Complete the application process so the Treatment Plan becomes accessible. From this tab, you will be able to adjust the TP and these changes will be directly reflected in the EL and it will become downloadable. If anything needs to be changed in the application steps due to this workaround, please contact PMS Support.

This also applies for patients that would require their PFET score and TP to be updated after insurance approval, as the PFET is not designed to capture this information yet.
