I cannot see the newly generated cycle for a cancelled cycle. Why?
This can be due to several factors, especially a refresh issue.
Troubleshooting:
- Go to the Patient > Treatment Plan tab and change the starting date of treatment, then save.
- Set the starting date of treatment back to the accurate date, and save.
- Go back to Patient > Medicine. The new cycle should display now.
If it is still not showing, contact PMS Support for further assistance.
