I cannot see the newly generated cycle for a cancelled cycle. Why?

This can be due to several factors, especially a refresh issue.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Go to the Patient > Treatment Plan tab and change the starting date of treatment, then save.
  2. Set the starting date of treatment back to the accurate date, and save.
  3. Go back to Patient > Medicine. The new cycle should display now. 

If it is still not showing, contact PMS Support for further assistance.
