I have completed my ATT v2 training, but I'm still unable to access ATT v2. What should I do?

Once the ATT v2 LMS training is completed, the user has to complete a training patient case ID creation on preprod, complete the PFET assessments in ATT v2 preprod and send the confirmation screenshot to the PFET team to get the ATT v2 production platform access.
