Is PowerBI Monthly Report export affected by the time zone of the country we are downloading?

Power BI is updated no earlier than the 4th of each month to generate the Monthly Report. This is to allow for information that may have occurred over the weekend to be entered into PMS and ensure the most coomplete and accurate data is on the system. Please organize your Quality Assurance activities and communicate to clients to manage their expectations accordingly.
