My patient/physician/pharmacist/charity has received the password reset email, but the link is expired.
What should I do?
The link is valid for a single use, and for one hour. If that time has passed, please resend a link.
In some instances, the client’s server has a security feature that inspects links within emails. This feature causes the link to be visited, and to expire. In this case, the digital team can create a temporary password. Please reach out to the team in advance if possible so they can support with your query.
