Downloading the app
To download MyHealth for Patients:

Open the Google Play Store (Android phones) or the App Store (Apple iOS devices)

Search for “MyHealth for Patients”, or “Axios International”

Click on Install (Android phones) or Get (Apple iOS devices)

Logging in via Email
To log in the MyHealth app, simply open the application and complete the steps below.

Enter Email

Enter Password
-
Click Login to proceed to Main Screen.
Good to know
In the case of incorrect credentials, the page shows a dialog box informing users of the error.
Logging in via OTP
To log in to the MyHealth app via OTP (One Time Password), simply open the application, select the "Login via OTP" option, and complete the following steps:
- Enter your email.
- Click Confirm,
- After confirming, you will receive a code and instructions via email. Simply follow the instructions or enter the code provided to gain access.

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, MyHealth offers a dedicated channel to reset it.

- After confirming, you will receive a code and instructions via email. Simply follow the instructions or enter the code provided to gain access.

Additional Options
Alternatively, if a user has downloaded the application before being referred to an Axios Managed Program or needs to reach out to Axios for any reason, there are options available for either scenario


Easy Login
Upon successful login, the patient is presented with multiple security options for easy login:

Fingerprint

PIN
