# MyHealth (v2): My Treatment and Document Management

## Learn more about the treatment section of MyHealth patient application

### My Treatment

Patients can view all upcoming medication releases in the **My Treatment** tab in the navigation bar or via the **Upcoming Treatments** button in the main menu.

Depending on their treatment plan and scheme, various cards will display with information  
like the treatment name, the health center where they can receive the treatment,  
the date of release, and the scheme.

Treatment schemes are either *Paid, Program Supported Medication, Voucher, Donation or Charity* medications. Each card will be released by Axios staff, in due time, through the PMS.

For medications that are a straightforward collection (Paid and Charity), patients will have the possibility to **upload proof of collection** directly from the application.

Depending on the program design, this could be a receipt or any other relevant document.

Additionally, Patients can now upload more than one document if needed.

Upload is done using the device’s camera and is limited to pictures taken by the phone. Patients have the possibility to take the picture live or upload a photo already in their phone library. Upon first upload, patients will have the opportunity to choose to grant the application access to the camera or phone library.
