Save
Once the pharmacist’s account is enabled, the PMS will automatically send an email to them for them to set their own password. In that email, the links to the apps in the Google Play Store and Apple Store will also be available.
IMPORTANT
Note that the pharmacist is also consenting to Axios Privacy Policy by downloading the app.

Once pharmacists have set their own password, they can download the application from the store and log in. Their username will be their email address, and their password the one they have just set.
Reset the pharmacist’s password
If pharmacists ever forget their password, they can avail of the “Forget Password” button on the landing screen of the app. This will trigger an automatic email to reset the password.
Alternatively, Axios can trigger an automatic email from the pharmacist’s ACCOUNT tab in the PMS:

IMPORTANT
The link in the reset email is only valid for one hour. After that delay is past, a new reset email will be needed.
A pharmacist can only have one email address associated with their account. In case the pharmacist must change their email account to use the app, please contact pms.support@axiosint.com to assist with the change.
