What is MyPrograms?
MyPrograms provides clients with direct access to live data/insights on the performance of a Program(s) they have been given access to.
Available Features

Overview: the Overview tab provides a general look at Program performance.

Patients: the Patients tab provides an in depth look at Patient activity.

Products: the Products tab provides a more in depth look at Product activity.

Institutions: the Institutions tab provides an accurate, up to date representation of Patient, Pharmacy and Hospital's population and distribution.
Important
Some features of MyPrograms are only available when specific services are set at program level.

View up-to-date data
Data can be viewed as per last refresh or refreshed to ensure most recent set of data is displayed. Data is refreshed once every morning, but can be manually refreshed using the button if needed.
Data downloads

Zip global data download: this feature is available from all tabs (top-right corner) to download all extracts at once in CSV format, compressed in a single Zip file.

Other downloads: other CSV downloads are available for dedicated data (e.g. Anonymized Patient Tracker, product commercial data...)
