MyPrograms Patient Information

The Patients tab provides a more in depth look at Patient activity.

The Status card displays Patient activity grouped by Referred, Eligible, Enrolled, Active and Dropped Out statuses.

There's also the Over time chart which gives a graphical representation of a Program's Patient Activity over a period of 6 months.

At the bottom of the page, there are a number of collapsible tables which display different additional stats such as Patients Referred Over Time, Enrolled Patients Over Time, Program Services Over Time (only if program is marked with Adherence Subservice)....

All tables can be displayed Cumulatively if the option is selected.
