What is the Patient Needs Assessment Tool (PNAT)?

PNAT is used in Axios’ Patient adherence and support Programs to understand Patient needs across the multi-dimensions of treatment adherence to inform customized adherence and support plans that maximize treatment benefit. The PNAT questionnaire is conducted during the patient's application. 

How to enable the PNAT questionnaire?

To include the PNAT interview for your program, it must be enabled in the program settings:

The PNAT questionnaire will become available for any new application started after this option has been enabled.

Answering the questionnaire

All questionnaires must be answered. Until they are “completed”, they will remain “open”. All questionnaires for a given patient are available in the PNAT tab: 

You will not be able to complete the application process until the PNAT interview has been conducted. The following message will be displayed until completion:

All completed questionnaires can be found under the PNAT tab in Program Data.

To view the responses to the completed questionnaires, however, you have to access the PNAT tab in the Patient's file and click the eye icon as displayed below.
