Before Delivery

• Patient schedules treatment and delivery & Informs Axios. (00)

• Upon Axios Program Supervisor approval, Distributor is notified and has access to
  Digital DRF on Platform (01)

  • Axios seeks Client approval for delivery** and generates Delivery Request Form (from
    PMS).

• Distributor/Warehouse confirms delivery including all details and Reschedules
  if delivery cannot be completed (02)
  Axios and Pharmacy are notified regardless.

  • Axios receives confirmation (02a)

  • Pharmacy receives FOC (02b)

*Where applicable notification arrives to Program Team who will then trigger delivery request form.

**Where applicable Client approval is obtained externally to the Platform and prior to generating the Delivery Request Form

During Delivery

• Distributor completes delivery (Mark as Delivered on MyDistributor) (01)

• Axios sends MRL to Patient (MyHealth) (02a)

• Axios send MRL to Pharmacy* (MyPharmacy) (02b)

• Patient receives product directly. Submits signed MRL to Axios (MyHealth) (03a)

  • Pharmacy confirms delivery (MyPharmacy) (03b)

  • Patient picks up Medication from Pharmacy. (04b)

  • Patient and Pharmacy (or Distributor) sign
    FOC/MRL, Distributor uploads to Platform. (04c)
    Axios is notified

  • Patient or Pharmacy* submits signed MRL to Axios (05b)

    *Where applicable

After Delivery

Box Destruction, Reconciliation and Stock Refresh

• Patient drops off empty packs at Axios (or at the Pharmacy*) (01)

• Axios visits Pharmacy (or meets with Distributor), reconciles Empty Packs vs Consumption* vs Initial Stock vs Final Stock. (02)

• Axios confirms reconciliation and highlights discrepancy* (03a)
  Pharmacy(*) and Distributor are notified.

• Axios and Pharmacy generate and sign Empty Pack Collection Form. Axios sends signed
  Form to Distributor (MyDistributor). (03b)
  Distributor is informed to collect empty Packs from Pharmacy/Axios

  • Axios, Client (approval*) and Distributor match empty Packs collected by Distributor
    at the Pharmacy with Empty Pack Collection Form. (04b)

  • Axios confirms Reconciliation. Distributor proceeds with destruction (05b)
