Real World Insights (RWI)
How to configure a program to conduct the Real World Insight questionnaire after a patient's treatment is completed or after the patient is dropped out.
What is Real World Insights (RWI)?
Axios conducts a survey for patients who have dropped out of a program or completed their course of treatment. This allows Axios to collect insights, analyze it, and report to clients or make strategic decisions to drive forward the access agenda.
How To Enable This RWI Questionnaire?
“RWI questionnaires” is a program setting in the PMS, which should be enabled for each program we wish to collect information on:

The RWI questionnaire will appear right after dropout/completion only after this option has been enabled.
Answering The Questionnaire
Responsible department: Implementation Teams
All questionnaires must be answered. Until they are “completed”, they will remain “open”. All questionnaires for a given patient are available in the RWI tab:

The questionnaire starts with questions on who you managed to reach out to, whether it is the patient or the caregiver. If the patient/caregiver is unreachable, you should reach out to the physician. If neither can be reached, the survey is closed, and cannot be answered again.
IMPORTANT
Once someone is reached, questions are sequential and conditional. Once the questionnaire is submitted, answers cannot be viewed or changed. You are responsible for the quality-check of the answers. It is highly suggested that the questionnaire be open while you are interviewing the patient/caregiver/physician.
All completed questionnaires can be found under the RWI tab in Program Data.
