Store shows “The app is not available in your country” when trying to download
The app is available in countries where Axios has running programs. However, the Google account or Apple ID can be set in any country: in the country where the phone was bought, in the country of the user’s nationality, or any other country of their choosing.
The first step is to check where the account is configured:
Changing the country can take up to 48hrs from Google or Apple.
Reach out to pms.support@axiosint.com to ask about rolling out the apps to a new country. Please note: this update can take up to 24hrs to be effective in the stores.
