What basic actions should app users follow to resolve a "Login failure" issue notice in the MyPatients and MyHealth applications?

If the app shows any Login error, ensure to follow the basic checks before reaching out to the support team.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Enter the login credentials ensuring there are no space before or after the 'username/password'.
  2. The user should uninstall and reinstall the app and try attempting logging in again.
  3. Change the internet connection to Wi-Fi connectivity if the user uses mobile data or vice versa.
