What happens if the patient sent the wrong document at first, and then upload the correct one later through the app?

It is Axios responsibility to check the document uploaded, assign the correct document type and follow-up with the patient if necessary. Uploaded document will show under the relevant MedPack if document is uploaded as MedPack justification, or under the Application tab if document is uploaded for patient application.

There will be as many documents as have been uploaded by the patient. The wrong documents should simply be left under their original location and not be reuploaded anywhere.
