Why does the product reconciliation link from the PMS shows an "access denied" message?

It's all about selecting the Program Aggregate.

This mainly occurs when the Program Aggregate is not chosen.

Troubleshooting:

If the reconciliation is for a single product, select the appropriate program aggregate.
If the reconciliation is for multiple products, 2 solutions here:
  • Create a New program aggregate for multiple products
  • Or add missing products to the existing aggregate

Once done, select the appropriate program aggregate in the reconciliation tab.
