# Why does the product reconciliation link from the PMS shows an "access denied" message?

## It's all about selecting the Program Aggregate.

This mainly occurs when the Program Aggregate is not chosen.

Troubleshooting:

 If the reconciliation is for a single product, select the appropriate program aggregate.  
If the reconciliation is for multiple products, 2 solutions here:

- Create a New program aggregate for multiple products
- Or add missing products to the existing aggregate

Once done, select the appropriate program aggregate in the reconciliation tab.
