Assessments

Assessments are triggered from the PMS when reaching the “Financial Eligibility” step (4), but staff should not conduct the assessment before step 7 (Financial Interview).
Information are coming from the PMS (such as indication, referring physician…) and cannot be updated once the assessment is triggered (information should be carefully reviewed before the assessment).
- View assessments
Assessments can be reached using the “Patients” section, to view all assessments for a specific patient. From there, “Patients with a waiting assessment” can be filtered. - Start assessment
Once the assessment is triggered (at application step 4), it becomes available in the assessment list for the patient. You can start the assessment when you are sure that all patient information is up to date in the PMS. - Patient information
Physician, indication, prescription, overall start of treatment, number of cycles outside of Axios. - Income

1st line is for the patient, other household members can be added.
Other relatives can be added in the outside household section.
Additional disposable income can be added in the relevant section.
Validate and save the question, invalidate if changes are needed. - Assets and standards of living

Check the boxes for questions that are not applicable, but you still need to validate them.
You can save the result at every question.
The total of validated questions is shown next to the tab title, for each category. - Validate the assessment
Click ‘Validate the assessment” when all questions have been replied to and validated.
Status of the assessment changes to “Valid”. - Complete the assessment
Fill the date of interview, and complementary information.
Result is sent to the PMS and populated at “Financial Interview” step. - Appeal
In Green > an appeal has been recorded for this assessment.
In Red > no appeal has been recorded for this assessment.
