MyPharmacy (Desktop): Deliveries
Learn about Delivery confirmation for a Pharmacy
Note: This Page is only available to UAE pharmacies with at least one delivery recorded under Pharmacy > Delivery in PMS (any status). We'll be rolling out this feature to other Pharmacies in the near future.
Table of Contents
Deliveries Tab
Previously under the FOC Stock Management section, the Deliveries tab has been moved to the sidebar menu for easy access. This change is also accompanied by several additions to make the Deliveries tab a more complete addition to the Axios+ ecosystem.

The main table on this page reflects the deliveries in PMS > Pharmacy > Delivery, there is also a set of quick filters to help them find exactly what they’re looking for. Pharmacies can filter by:
-
Delivery code, MedPack code, Status, Patient ID
Additionally:
-
Reset - will change everything back to default
-
Apply your selected filters
Deliveries Table

Below the filters are the Deliveries organized with Axios — a searchable, sortable list which displays all deliveries in Approved, Scheduled, or Delivered status, sorted by creation date. Each row includes:
-
Delivery code
-
Patient ID
-
Medication Name
-
Quantity
-
Sent date
-
Delivery Date
-
Status
-
Action (Edit for Approved/Scheduled, View for Delivered)
All columns except Action can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Action Button behavior
- Products with Approved or Scheduled status will show an Edit button so users can update the details as needed.
- Meanwhile, products marked Delivered will display a View button only, since these records are final and can’t be modified.
Delivery Details

The new Delivery Details page makes it even easier to check delivery information.
For example, the Delivery Details block shows all key delivery info view-only:
-
First Row: Sent Date | Delivery Status | Patient Code
-
Second Row: MedPack Code | Delivery Composition | Distributor Name
-
Third Row: Approval Date | Delivery Date | Delivery Instructions (if any)
Delivery Documents

This section displays all uploaded documents from Draft to Delivered and can be downloaded with a click. Files must be of type: jpeg, gif, png, svg, pdf, word, odt, rtf, eml or msg, and cannot exceed a size of 5MB.
Click Add to upload multiple documents
-
Each document must be of a type Signed Delivery Form, Release Letter, Delivery Note, or Other.
-
Filename tip: Avoid special characters like %£&@.
Deliveries Validation
Pharmacies can now confirm the medication they are due to receive.
If the medication is correct, simply click the Delivery Received checkbox and confirm.
- The Delivery Received checkbox can only be checked for products with Approved or Scheduled status and
- a Document of type: Signed Delivery Form uploaded. Try before that, and a helpful tooltip will pop up.
When saving:
-
If Delivery Received isn’t checked → the documents are saved, status stays the same.
-
If Delivery Received is checked → the system will ask the Pharmacy to confirm first, then the page goes view-only, and the status updates to Delivered after Axios validates.
- On PMS, there will be a line added to show the date at which the Pharmacy confirmed the receipt of the delivery.
-
Cancel? No changes are applied.
Alternatively, if the medication is not correct, simply click the "Request a change" button and highlight the discrepancy.
