Even though I have completed the patient's Treatment Plan, the PMS still shows the status as Active instead of Completed. Why?
Having all the MedPack from the Patient's Treatment Plan validated doesn't mean that the TP has been completed. To mark the TP as completed, make sure to click on the "Complete this Treatment Plan" button in Patient > Treatment Plan tab. The status will be updated to "Completed".
