What is a Global Program?
A Global Program is the parent to Local Programs, that are country specific. A client could decide to run a Program in one or more countries.
Creating a Global Program

Navigate to Global Program

Click on the + Add a new Global Program
Global Program information

Enter the Global Program name

Select the appropriate Product from the dropdown list

If your product does not appear, navigate to Clients > View the Client and check the product was added

Input a Global Program description – you should avoid special characters

Save
Activating a Global Program

Navigate to Global Program
-
View/Edit your Global Program

Activate it
Good to know
The “New country open” at the bottom of this page is an option for a later functionality and should be ignored for the moment.
