Registering and enabling a user account needs to be done through the PMS by the program lead. On the PMS, under the information tab, enter the user’s email and click save. Next, in the account tab, ensure the account is enabled by checking the box. This will generate an automatic email to the user, prompting them to create a password. As Axios users, we do not have access to their password.
