I do not see my program in the dropdown list when I try to add a new patient

What should I do?

This could be due to 2 factors:

  1. Either you do not have access to the program

  2. Or the program is still in draft

In any case, contact your program supervisor. They can activate the program from the Program > Information tab once they have checked all configuration is correct, or they can grant access to whomever should have access.
