I have created the account for my patient/physician/pharmacist/charity, but they have not received the email.

What should I do? 

  1. Be patient – it may take a few minutes to arrive.

  2. Check the spam folder to see if it has been sent there.  

In rare cases, the email server is blocking the email. If this is the case, the digital team can create a temporary password. Please reach out to the team in advance at pms.support@axiosint.com if possible so they can support with your query.
