It is possible to send the Eligibility Letter to the patient along with one or several caregivers. These must have been recorded in the patient information as a prerequisite. Make sure to select the caregiver(s) in the dialog bow showing when you click on "Send the PDF Eligibility Letter to patient's email" in the patient's application page.
