In which countries are the apps available? We have patients using app stores from different parts of the world.

The app is available in countries where Axios has running programs. However, the Google account or Apple ID can be set in any country: in the country where the phone was bought, in the country of the user’s nationality, or any other country of their choosing. 

The first step is to check where the account is configured:

Changing the country can take up to 48hrs from Google or Apple.
