Save
Once the Lab’s account is enabled, the PMS will automatically send an email to them for them to set their own password. Once Labs have set their own password, they can log into the Platform. Their username will be their email address, and their password the one they have just set.
IMPORTANT
Note that the Lab is also consenting to Axios Privacy Policy by signing in to the Platform.
Reset the Lab’s password
If a Lab ever forgets their password, they can avail of the “Forget Password” button on the landing screen of the Platform. This will trigger an automatic email to reset the password.
Alternatively, Axios can trigger an automatic email from the Lab’s Account tab in the PMS:

IMPORTANT
The link in the reset email is only valid for one hour.
After that delay is passed, a new reset email will be needed.
Good to Know
A Lab can only have one email address associated with their account.
In case the Lab must change their email account to use the Platform, please contact pms.support@axiosint.com to assist with the change.
Available Procedures
All labs will have a selection of "Available Procedures" that can be chosen from a list of possible lab procedures. This feature allows easy addition of specific procedures required. By offering a range of options and a streamlined selection process, this feature simplifies the lab creation and editing process, making it more efficient and tailored to individual requirements.

IMPORTANT
Only Procedures added in this tab will be available when requesting a procedure in the Patient tab.
And just a heads up, Procedures are specific to each lab. So even if multiple labs do the same procedure, you have to add each required Procedure individually to the lab that needs it.
Lab Procedure Request History
The "Lab procedure request history" tab is a valuable feature that allows users to track all procedures that have been requested or scheduled with a Lab through the Lab Procedure Request flow.

This tab provides a comprehensive view of both ongoing and previous procedures that the Lab has conducted. One notable aspect of this feature is that it's automatically sorted. The procedures are arranged in descending order based on the Sent Date, so the most recent procedures are right at the top. This makes it easy to identify and access the most recent lab procedures that have been requested, scheduled, completed etc.
