Creating a New Pharmacy


importantIMPORTANT

Before creating a Pharmacy, make sure that your corresponding Health Center has been created with pharmacy checkbox ticked. 

  1. Navigate to Pharmacy
  2. Add a new Pharmacy
  3. Select the relevant Health Center
  4. Input the first and last name of Axios contact at that Pharmacy
  5. Upload the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). It is mandatory only in the UAE. For other countries, you can upload a placeholder.
  6. Add any additional Note relevant to managing the Pharmacy
  7. Sold to Number represents the main account of the Pharmacy.
  8. Pharmacy code setup is the code is used for EBP Scanning and is specific to the UAE.
  9. Save

Once saved, the Pharmacy can be managed individually through its dedicated page.

noteGood to Know

Note that to dispense FOCs and Donations, a pharmacy must be created in the Pharmacy section (on top of Health Centers) and the program must be allowed to distribute the FOC.

You can do so by “Selecting programs with an MOU signed” once the pharmacy is created.

Editing an Existing Pharmacy

  • Any change required for a Pharmacy, such as name, address or city, must be performed in the related Health Center rather than in the Pharmacy.

    Once updated and saved, the changes will be reflected in the Pharmacy information.

  • Select Program with a MOU signed : select the program for which the pharmacy can distribute FOC/vouchers . If not selected here, the pharmacy will not show for this specific program.

Navigation

Like your Local Program, you can view the activity at the Pharmacy level:

  1. Navigate to Pharmacies

  2. Manage/Edit your Pharmacy

  3. Consult the Pharmacy dashboard

  4. View and add Products delivered to the Pharmacy

  5. Reconciliate stocks against delivered MRLs/Vouchers/EACs

  6. View/Export the distributed MRLs

  7. View/Export the distributed Vouchers/EACs

  8. View the financial account

  9. Manage payments made to the Pharmacy

  10. Manage the Pharmacy’s account for the Pharmacy Portal/App

  • Contact information : summary of all pharmacy information

  • Product Stock : deliveries minus FOC distributed minus Stock out

  • Product Deliveries : overview of pharmacy’s deliveries

Medpacks Tabs

Select the relevant MedPack tab (MRL or Voucher)  to have the list of all distributed MedPacks. The list also appears filtered by year and months (cumulative or not) and show MedPacks along with their statuses. The list can be exported in CSV.
