Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard centralizes all actions required from you, based on your Programs and the Patients that are assigned to you. It allows you to see at any moment in time what remains to be done. Each item will remain in your dashboard until the action has been completed/validated. It is separated by categories for your convenience.

If you have access to more than 2 programs, remember to select the specific program (only programs you have access to appear in the dropdown). You can check “View my patients” to only display the patients assigned to you.

Cleaning-up your Dashboard

It's always better to keep your Dashboard clear. You can use the comprehensive list below for an efficient Dashboard cleaning.

  • Adverse Events to complete need a date of client confirmation, a Confirmed by and either a Client Local ID or Client Global ID to be validated and not show on the dashboard.
  • Open applications are your patients in process. Patients will show there until they are pre-enrolled.
  • Expiring consent in the next 60 days. Complete Treatment Plan and renew application with a new consent.
  • Patient Follow-ups to complete are interactions that need to be validated.
  • Upcoming Patient Event(s) are set in the calendar and will disappear once the event is passed.
  • Program Event(s) are program-level events and should be marked as passed to disappear.
  • MedPacks (PSM/Donations/Vouchers) to distribute can be viewed to prepare and release the MRL to the patient, or their delivery can be scheduled using the truck icon. Once they are distributed, they move to the “to validate” (see below).
  • Pending Tasks displays tasks that need to be completed. Validate each task clicking the button.
  • MedPacks to Confirm are active MedPacks (with a given date where necessary) for which the theoretical date is past, and no Acquisition or Administration date has been added.
    • You need to reach out to your patient to confirm the relevant dates
    • When the missing dates have been added, the MedPack will move to the MedPacks to Validate section.
  • Interactions to Validate are all types of interactions logs, excluding follow-ups and Axios+ interactions. They require to be verified and validated to disappear from the dashboard.
  • MedPacks to Validate are pending MedPacks with a given date set. They need to be validate.
  • Adverse Event reconciliations to complete are cleared when they are completed and validated.
  • Reconciliation under Axios review are waiting for final review and need to be validated.
  • SDV section is showing opened SDV if applicable for the program. They will show here until completion.

noteDid you know?

Dashboard hack: easy task validation.

Since validating reloads the page, if you want to validate multiple without loading the page hold CTRL+Click on the VALIDATE button. Once you have clicked all you need, close all tabs, and refresh your page. Voilà!

Delayed Items Escalation

Starting January 2024, a regular recap email is sent every day to program managers, for each program. Any delayed task is included in the recap until it is completed. A task is considered as delayed if late for more than 5 days. It is escalated to Project Leaders after 9 days, summarizing all delayed tasks from a specific region (Greater MENA, LatAm, Europe, Africa, Asia).
