Off Label Patients
Off Label patients or Patients without prescription are not supposed to be enabled in PMS.
If they do enter however, there are two options to deal with such situations.
1. Patients are issued prescriptions without label or custom prescriptions
2. Select an existing medication but close application at step 3 (medical eligibility)
