Patient Status Mapping

New	The patient is going through their first application.
Pending Renew	The patient has already at least one application completed and is being renewed.
Active	The patient is enrolled and active in pursuing treatment.
Closed	The patient did not reach the enrollment step, and the application was closed
Dropped-out	The patient was enrolled, but discontinued treatment for medical or other reasons.
Completed	The patient has completed the entire course of treatment planned in the program and has not started the renewal process.
