Physician Interactions

Learn how to create and manage Physician Interactions

What are Physician Interactions?

Part of all programs in Axios is to maintain a relationship with our physicians. Any interaction and visit to the physician office/clinic should be recorded. For this, the Patient Management System (PMS) provides a dedicated section.

Creating/editing a Physician Interaction

  1. In the left navigation, select Physicians
  2. Search by first name, last name, email... and hit the "Filter" button
  3. Then, to enter a new interaction, select the third icon (on hover, it will read "Interaction log list".
  4. On the new screen, click the + icon at the top left to create a new interaction.

The physician interaction log is very similar to the patient interaction log. Fill in all the mandatory information (*), review and save.

IMPORTANT

importantIn order to record interactions from physicians, access to the relevant program aggregates is essential.

If you do not see it in your list, it is not because it does not exist!

Please contact your Project Leader who is in charge of maintaining the Program Aggregates, or pms.support@axiosint.com to gain access.

warning-1Validation is a critical process in Axios.

All interactions should be reviewed and validated.

Validated interactions can be extracted by Project Leaders from the Program Aggregates > Data screen.
