In all Data privacy annexes or at least in the SMN, it should be clearly stated that the data might be transferred/accessed or otherwise from Axios entities/staff outside the country of implementation

The QA lead should send an email to the program supervisor/ key point of contact requesting access to the data specifying

Period you need should not exceed one week at a time

Reason why you need access

Program name

The program supervisor/ key point of contact should grant access to the PMS and put a calendar reminder on the date that access should be removed

On the date that access should be removed, program supervisor should check with the QA lead if all the work has been completed:

If yes: remove PMS access

If no: QA lead to reply to original email thread and request extension
