What you can do in the PMS depending on your level of access.

Patient Management

Patient Management

This applies to: Program Assistant (PA) / Program Liaison / Program Coordinators and Customer Service Agent

Users in the above Roles can:

  • Create and manage Patients

  • Add and edit Patient information (Patient country cannot be edited once saved)

  • Add information and upload documents throughout the Patient application

  • Upload new documents to application/Patient file after enrolment

  • Create a new Patient application

  • Put the Patient in status “treatment on hold,” and move it back to “active” status

  • Drop the Patient out of the Program

  • Add and edit interactions or adverse event reports until they are validated/confirmed

  • Configure, assign, and edit a treatment plan

    • PAs can only swap medications in a treatment plan if the acquisition method/payment scheme is the same.

    • A PA cannot add a Voucher to a treatment plan if the template did not contain vouchers.

  • Create, edit, and delete Patient-level events in a personalized calendar

  • Create and edit MRLs/Vouchers/EACs for current treatment plan to distribute and record medicine dispense

  • View previous treatment plan distributed MRL/Voucher/EAC

  • Create and edit Health Centers

  • Create, edit, and activate Physicians

  • Create and edit Pharmacies, and allocate Pharmacies to Programs they have access to

  • Create and edit Charities

  • View and export Program Data and Program Stats

  • Create Adverse Events reconciliations

Program Supervisor

This applies to Program Manager (PM)

Program Supervisor Access Level includes all Patient Management Access Level abilities, and in addition:

  • Modify patients’ treatment plans and include new payment schemes

  • Discard Adverse Events

  • Create and configure Local Programs

    • Program info

    • Treatment plans

    • User access

    • Indications, prescriptions, and combinations

    • Program-level events/reminders

    • Activate or close Local Programs

    • View and export Local Program raw data

      • Patients extract

      • Interaction logs

      • Adverse Events extract

      • MRL/Voucher/EAC extract

      • Financials

Project Leader / Admin

Project Leader Access Level includes all Patient Management Access Level and Program Supervisor Access Level abilities, and in addition:

  • Create and edit Clients & Products

  • Create, edit, activate, or close Global Programs

IT / Super Admin

Program Supervisor Access Level includes all other Access Level abilities, and in addition:

Super admins can read and edit the platform code, and read, edit, and delete all functions and content.
