Will patients receive a notification when there is an update in their file? 

Medication reminders go out as push notifications to patients if a MedPack is available in their "My Treatment" section, 15, 7, 3, 1 day prior to and the day of the treatment. 

Medication upload reminders are sent as push notification to the Patient, after the scheduled date, and if the MedPack is not validated, the date of acquisition is undefined, and the expiry date is not passed.
