Do physicians have to upload a photo of the Statement of Medication Necessity? (SMN) 

This is an optional step as the digital SMN is automatically generated by the PMS with the information provided by the physician. 

We encourage physicians to upload the paper SMN in countries where the digital signature is not accepted. Having a copy of the SMN will then allow Axios to reach out to the patient without any delays.
