How to create a Health Center in the PMS

Creating a Health Center

  1. Navigate to Health Center

  2. Add a new Health Center

  3. Input the mandatory fields (highlighted by a *) and any additional information

    1. Health Center location, from a dropdown of pre-defined choices

    2. Health Center name and address – this can easily be found on Google if you do not have the information

    3. Health Center contact information – make sure to select the appropriate country code

    4. Whether the Health Center is a hospital, a Pharmacy, or both – Make sure your choice is accurate as you will not be able to change it later.

    4. Check for duplicates

    5. If the Health Center does not exist yet, Save

    If your Health Center is a Pharmacy, you should create the corresponding Pharmacy.
