Once the physician’s account is enabled, the PMS will automatically send an email to them for them to set their own password. In that email, the links to the apps in the Google Play Store and Apple Store will also be available.

Note that the physician is also consenting to Axios Privacy Policy by downloading the app.

Once the physician has set their own password, they can download the application from the store and log in. Their username will be their email address, and their password the one they have just set.

Reset the physician’s password

If physicians ever forget their password, they can avail of the “Forget Password” button on the landing screen of the app. This will trigger an automatic email to reset the password.

The link in the reset email is only valid for one hour. After that delay is past, a new reset email will be needed.

A physician can only have one email address associated with their account. In case the physician must change their email account to use the app, please contact pms.support@axiosint.com to assist with the change.
