What are Program Aggregates?
The Program Aggregates are umbrellas that allow us to group the PMS programs into one “container”.
By opposition to PMS programs, which are made of 1 product in 1 country, Program aggregates can regroup 1 or more product in 1 country.
Why do we need Program Aggregates?
Program Aggregates have been created for 3 main reasons:
- The term "Program" is defined, in the PMS, by 1 product in 1 country. However, for many, a Program is actually a combination of multiple products from the same client. Therefore, we have aggregated all the data to make it simpler for organizing access, reporting, and centralizing key activities such as reconciliations, physician interactions, etc.
- Data analysis: Program Aggregates can also be in multiple countries, across multiple clients, etc. The Program Aggregates allow for teams that work cross-borders, or regional/global leaders to aggregate the data and monitor the program progress.
IMPORTANT
In order to reconcile for multiple products at once, or record interactions from physicians, access to the relevant program aggregates is essential.
If you do not see it in your list, it is not because it does not exist!
Please contact your Project Leader who is in charge of maintaining the Program Aggregates, or pms.support@axiosint.com to gain access.
Creating/editing a Program Aggregate
In the left navigation, select the 2nd item: “Programs Aggregate”.
Click on "+ Program Aggregate list" to create a new Program Aggregate.

Name: respect the following nomenclature: [Client] - [Program Name] [Country]

Select Program: select the program(s) that will go under the aggregate. This can be a single or multiple program(s)

Users client granted access to this program: will enable access for selected clients on MyPrograms. Please be careful with this option, as this is not standard offering of MyPrograms, but an add-on that we should invoice. Please contact pms.support@axiosint.com in all cases to ensure access is properly setup

Users granted access to this program: will provide access to the relevant team members

Data Analysis checkbox: distinguishes “real” aggregates to the aggregates we use for data analysis
Did you know?
User that have access to an aggregate automatically gets access to all programs contained into the aggregate.
