To create an account for a patient, what are the mandatory fields?

These are all the mandatory fields requested to create a patient in the PMS:

  • Country
  • Area
  • Date of Birth
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email

Note that the event though the email field is not mandatory when recording a patient in the PMS, it is mandatory for the creation of the app account, as it will be used to contact the patient for to configure his account.
