Physicians can also learn more about the program, frequently asked questions or Axios in the More Information section. They can also choose to log out of the application.​

Profile

Physicians can view their profile and verify their information is accurate.
Should they want to update their information with Axios, they can Request a Change.​

To comply with rules and regulations, this is a one-way communication channel using the device’s phone or email client.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), supports physicians with information on patient's treatment, the app, the program, and Axios. Physicians will also have access to this section in order to understand patient's concerns, and support in patient's education.​
A very dynamic section, the content will evolve over time, integrating the questions and concerns that are raised most often.

Glossary

The Glossary will explain treatment and program terminology to ensure that physicians fully understand their patient's experience. The definitions integrate medical terms and practices as well as financial schemes and program processes.

Privacy Policy

Physicians are also in full control of their privacy. They can read and review the Privacy Policy on MyPatients and contact Axios should they decide to not agree to the Terms and Conditions.
